Yoga retreats for the creatively curious.

I run residential and non-residential retreats around the UK. From day retreats to five-day escapes, these opportunities to step outside of the everyday are delivered both in silos and in collaboration with other extraordinary teachers. I love to weave in my passion for writing and storytelling to my retreats, so you can expect deeply exploratory creative exercises and opportunities.

Spring Surrender

Saturday 19th April 2025 | 10am - 4pm | Damson Hill Cottage, Upper Swanmore

Join me for a full day dedicated to aerial yoga tucked away in the fairytale location of Damson Hill Cottage.

Spring Surrender will give us all the opportunity to softly welcome in the Spring season. With a range of different aerial practices, a fully catered lunch, a creative nature inspired mindful writing session and plenty of time to chat, play and be curious, this day retreat is the perfect way to prioritise YOU in 2025.

The retreat has been designed for students who already have an aerial yoga practice. We’ll be taking a deep dive into some of your favourite flows and flips, as well as learning new practices that we simply don’t have time for in a 60 minute class!

Take time out for you.

The aim of this day retreat is to give you the time and space to fully unwind, indulge in your own needs and HAVE FUN. It will be a day of curiosity and play - to try new things and move with your body’s natural flow while gently nudging it outside of its comfort zone.

With plenty of time to explore all different elements of aerial yoga, come with an open mind and an open heart.

The finer details.

  • Where and when?

We will gather on Saturday 2 November from 10am - 4pm at the beautiful Damson Hill Cottage in Upper Swanmore.

The studio is hidden away in woodlands with beautiful views, outdoor space for journaling if weather permits and a truly magical energy floating throughout. There is ample space to park at the studio but I do recommend car sharing if coming with someone you know!

  • I would highly recommend treating yourself to a retreat with Amber, you won't regret it!

Amber created a beautifully safe space for us all to let go, unwind and be vulnerable, as well as guiding us through gorgeous classes that were the perfect mix of energising and restorative.

  • Amber is the most fantastic Yoga teacher, she is inspirational and fun.

Whether I’m hanging upside down in an aerial class, having built more and more confidence as the weeks have gone on, or chilling out at cosy club, Ambers words and enthusiasm support you. She is a visionary storyteller and just hits the right balance of calmness and relaxation to make the classes great.

  • I’m so grateful I found Yoga With Amber!

I’ve tried a mixture of Ambers classes and loved every single one of them! She is an amazing teacher and you can tell she is passionate about what she does. She’s so comforting, friendly and knowledgeable.

  • Amber is warm, down to earth and funny: highly recommended.

I’ve attended Amber’s aerial and Deep Rest classes as well as ‘normal’ yoga and a weekend retreat, so can safely say I’m a fan! Her classes are suitable for all levels and usually end with a lovely guided meditation.
